The scrolling marquee screen saver says "Your Text Here" when it does not
have any input. The .scr file does not contain that. You'll notice that
you had to set up the text in the properties for that. There is not a GPO
that can modify properties. Take a look on the MS web site to see if you
can find a way to pass a command line parameter, that would work from the
GP. I didn't see any other info in the KB, but maybe you'll be more
successful.
Otherwise, maybe a 3rd party screensaver will do it?
