Thank you for the help.
I did as you said and now can open Win 2000, however, if I work on win 98
box and want to copy file on win 2000 to win 98, I will get the error
something like: "Cannot copy [filename]: the pinted network resorce or
device can not be used."

Samething happens when working on win 98 and want to copy or transfer file
from winxp to win 98. However, on win 2000 and xp boxes, the file transfer
works fine.

What I need to do further?
