Please tell us that's not really a hub you have both PCs connected to, but a
router or other Internet connection device ... because if it is just a hub
and you don't have a router or other device providing firewall protection,
both your servers are exposed to the Internet for any passing hacker or
cracker to own.

How are the two computers getting their IP addresses? Please do an IPCONFIG
/ALL on both PCs and post the results in a reply here.
