You can create the reservation on both DHCP servers and it won't do any
harm. Even if the address were available on both servers (which it isn't
according to your IP address ranges listed above, which is good), it
wouldn't do any harm -- because the client will only lease one address from
one server (whichever server answers the DHCP discover msg first). And if
the address is reserved, no other client can lease the address.
