Thanks for posting!

Based on your description, it looks like that security channel is somehow
broken. It needs to be reset.

We may follow the article below to reset the computer accounts:

216393 Resetting computer accounts in Windows 2000 and Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=216393

At the same time, do you have any anti-virus software installed on these
Windows XP machines? Please make sure they have been upgraded to the
version that is compatible with Windows XP.

Incompatible anti-virus software may inproperly blocked the replicated of
the computer account. They are by default refreshed every 30 days.
