Simply have the default gateway of the .2.0 set to the server
192.168.2.250 and in the gateway (NAT Router ?) a static route needs to
be added for the .2.x subnet with the gateway being the server,
192.168.3.206. Not sure what kind of gateway it is but, it may or may not
have this capability. I've got an older D-Link that while it allows port
maps, it doesn't have an option to route packets as a router would, like
a Cisco or Cabletron.
