Switches are not Routers. You need a Router to cross subnets,...that is a
*real* Routers, a LAN Router,...not a Cable/DSL NAT box. The Server with
two NICs could possibly configured as a router.
You also need a topology design that agrees with what you are doing,...I
don't believe that is the case from your description.
