Thank you for posting.

I understand that you are unable to connect to other systems from computer
management console. The system displays error message 'WMI Access Denied'

Please try the following suggestion and check if it resolves your issue.

1. Click on start -> run -> type "gpedit.msc" (without quotation marks)
2. Click on OK.
3. Navigate down to:

"Local Computer Policy -> Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings ->
Security Settings -> Local Policies -> User Rights Assignment".

Please verify that the LOCAL SERVICE account is specifically granted
"Impersonate a client after Authentication" right.

If it is missing, please add the SERVICE account.
