Hello.
This seems little complicated to me. Can anyone suggest
something please.

I have a win2k pro machine that acts as a server for 7
nodes.

There are 2 NICs and one USB modem on this 2k. USB Modem
is for my DSL connection. And 1 off the 2 NIC's has
another ISP configured on it.

2nd NIC is shared for ICS and terminates into a switch
where all 7 machines terminate. The main NIC has IP
61.xx.xx.xx as given to me by my ISP. Second shared NIC is
192.168.0.1

I want to have a batch file that will automatically dial
the DSL when 61.xx.xx.1 gets timed out. In turn this batch
should also share my DSL modem for ICS instead of NIC1
which is already shared.

NIC 1 is still in the same network segment and enabled.So
it will be able to ping 61.xx.xx series still when on DSL.
As soon as 61.xx.xx.1 gets online again, i want this batch
to shift over again to original configuration.

I am able to shift over using IF and FIND commands in my
batch file. But i dont know how can i make a batch
file "share" NIC or Modem for ICS. Also how can i make a
batch file dial a DSL connection?
