IPSEC

I'm having trouble getting an IPSEC tunnel to work using a pre-shared
keyword between Win2000 and CiscoPIX. The SAs get created fine when Win2000
initiates the connection to the PIX, but the PIX can't initiate the
connection to Win2000. Anybody else have this problem? I verified that the
packet filters match, and I've set them up in two seperate uni-directional
rules with the packet filters not mirrored.
