Hi.

I've setup an intranet with a W2K adv. server. It is configured with
Active Directory and internet routing through NAT (RRAS service installed).

When I browse the Internet on client machines, DNS resolution is rather
slow: browsers display "Resolving host xxxx ..." a few seconds then
transfer data from the remote server. If I use a Windows XP computer
with connection sharing name resolution takes much less time.

What can I do to speed up name resolution? Is it a know issue/trap?

Thanks for any hint/suggestion.

Vince C.
