Domain to Workgroup

I have a PC with Win 2000 Pro. I changed the network
from domain to workgroup and now i can't log on to the
system. I can't get by the password screen to undo my
error. There is a command prompt that flashes quickly as
I start. How can I disable the command prompt or get
into Windows?
