I have 2 windows server 2003 based servers with terminal services enabled. Each server has two nics, though I'm not using the second one.
I have the following configuration...

server 1 (EGRTS1):
----------------------
NIC1: 153.104.45.144 (in NLB cluster 153.104.45.156)
NIC2: 153.104.45.145 (not using)

Server 2 (EGRTS2):
-----------------------
NIC1: 153.104.45.146 (in NLB cluster 153.104.45.156)
NIC2: 153.104.45.147 (not using)

subnet mask: 255.255.252.0

The cluster is configured in unicast mode,
port rules (ports 3389, both, multiple host, affinity-none),
Host (ids 1 and 2 respectively, equal load)
(used NLB manager for configuring the cluster)

The domain controller is also in the same subnet (infact on the same switch).
I had a doubt if it was the problem with switch (extreme gigabit) and tried switching the terminal servers to a different 100mbps switch, but then my cluster was unreachable.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,
pal.
