A few things:

1) If you have 2 DHCP services on the network, make sure they aren't
handing out the same IP addresses, can produce duplicates on the LAN and
cause issues
2) Give your DC a static address, don't use DHCP
3) The DC needs DNS entries
        - If 2K/2K3 DC then it is most likely a DNS server for the LAN and
needs forwarders configured which point typically to your ISP DNS
servers to resolve Internet names (should see them in the wireless router)
        - You could just leave in the root DNS servers (root hints) but thats
not very DNS/Internet traffic friendly
