On the Windows 2003 Server go into Local Security Policy via secpol.msc and disable
the enforcement of using smb signing always. Go to security settings/local
policies/security options and look for the option Microsoft network server:digitally
sign communications (always) and set it to disabled. The run gpupdate
/target:computer /force on the server. There are some know issues with smb signing
with XP computers that disabling this setting may help. If this is a domain
controller, change disable that security option in Domain Controller Security
