First, you can't. There's no such thing as an HTTP FTP server. They
are two separate protocols entirely. That's like trying to eat your
vegetable fruit, or walk your dog cow.
I assume you want to use Internet Explorer to access your FTP server.
That requires no configuration on the FTP server side, just enter the
URL to the server:
Or whatever your FTP host name is. Behind firewalls you may need to
deal with passive mode, check an IE group or the FTP group for
configuring that if you need it.
