Error while starting messenger sevice

Hello.
While starting messenger service at my win2k cmputer I get error:
Windows could not start the Messenger on local computer... review the System
Event log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor,
and refer to service-specific error code 2119

In system log I have find:
The Messenger service terminated with service-specific error 2119.

I did not find any explanations on the web. We work within win2k based
domain. I remember that something like 1 month ago messenger was working
fine, and have no idea why it stop. Can any one help me please?
