Open the properties of the network interface. Select 'Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click uninstall. After it is complete you may need to reboot. Open up the properties of the network interface again and select install, Protocol, and TCP/IP.
If it is a virus or spyware you should try running a full system scan with whatever you are using for AV software (I assume you are using something?) As for Spyware, Ad-aware, and Spybot SD usually do a good job removing most spyware.
