First check in Local Security Policy under security settings/local policies/user
rights for the right to load and unload device drivers. The administrators group
should be listed in local and effective policy. If it is not, add it to local policy
to see if that helps. If that does not work, see the KB link below on how to use
secedit to reset local security to default defined levels. --- Steve
