Guys! I think everyone is overlooking something here. He previously was
using 10.0.1.x for the system. That is a Private Address Block. Changing
ISP's doesn't effect this, These addresses will not change because the ISP
changes, there is no need for the DHCP server to ever been bothered in the
first place. The only thing that changes is external IP# of whatever is
being used as a NAT Box or Firewall or Proxy.
