NetLogon 5719

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

A couple of other notes:

NIC is a generic Intel 21143-based NIC. All switches are
unintelligent. (no spanning tree or related).

I have tried configuring an LMHosts file - there wasn't
one at first - but that does not seem to have had any
effect.

The NetLogon error (event 5719) only appears ONCE at
boot. It does not appear periodically.

When the system first boots up, there's a 15-30 second
delay (haven't timed it yet).

Have added the workaround to the registry suggested in KB
202840.

All attempted fixes are still in use.

Any more suggestions?
