1. Why have you hard coded them [switches] at 100mbps full duplex?
2. Are the servers also hard coded at 100mbps full duplex?Yes, the NICs are hard coded.
3. Which 3COM switch?
4. When is the last time you performed a software upgrade on the switch?We have tried other switches Cisco, 3Com and no luck.
5. Have you reapplied OEM drivers for your server(s) after applying MSFT.. All drivers are up to date.
SPs?
6. If they're communicating, why is PING important? I am just using PING as an example. The 3rd party application on the server is having connection problems.
