I found this on microsoft's site but i don't quite understand what it is asking me to do

Error Message:
The revision level is unknown.

Explanation:
The service has encountered a revision level in a security object that it does not recognize. For instance, this may be a more recent revision than the service knows about.

User Action:
Rebuild the security object in the current Windows 2000 environment. Then the service will recognize its revision level.
