Depends. If the domains are trusted domains then each domain will appear in
your domain drop-down list at logon. This allows you to logon with a user
account in a different domain - the computer accounts it always only ever a
member of one domain.
If they are disjointed domains (e.g. work and home or work and client) then
you cannot have the laptop join both domains. Each time you join the one
domain it loses its membership in the other domain.
What are you trying to accomplish?
