Not accessible server

I have a windows 2000 server, and I got the following error, although
I can see it on the network I cannot browse it as it says that I do
not have enough privileges and is not accessiblem, even though I try
to connect through the Administrator user account. Any ideas?

Maybe a virus or a hack on the system?
