Passwords not working

I have an employee who came back from lunch and went to
log on to her Win 2000 machine and could not do so. We
are on a domain with a 2000 SBS Server with active
directory. When going into Network Neighborhood on the
Server i see that her PC has put itself in it's own
workgroup named "Workgroup". The dropdown box in her
login box that lets you choose Domain or local PC is
gone. He username and password will not work nor will the
administrator or any local account on that PC. Tried
doing a Repair with the 2000 disc but didn't help. Tried
logging in as Guest and as Administrator with a blank PW
as suggested but also didn't work. I am almost in tears.
Has anyone run into this before? Any help would be
greatly appreciated. I don't want to have to lose all the
important data and e-mails stored on her HD by
reinstalling.
