Sorry but I don't know how to pass this "IP protocol 47 (GRE)"
I've never heard about "IP protocol 47 (GRE)".
Could you give me a little explonation, and a place where a can read about this ?

Besides TCP port 1723 you also need to pass IP Protocol 47 (GRE) traffic.
