Windows 2000 Server Users

Hi,
I'm trying to logon on my W2k Sever and I am not obtaining success. (Im on W98 station)
With old user every thing works very good but with the new users the logon fails.
The server don't recognizes only the new user. The message is "The user name connot be found"
