I would first run the script manually to make sure it works. One you are sure it
works make sure it is in the right GP folder and that the machine you want it to
apply to is within the scope of influence of the Group Policy. For instance if you
configured it on a GPO for an OU, the computer you want it to apply to must be in the
OU. When I am configuring the startup script policy, I usually paste the script into
the folder by selecting "show files". Then I hit add/browse and select it from the
list and add it to the policy that way. --- Steve

restarting the machine. I added a new group policy. Navigated to policy/computer
config/Windows/ Scripts/Startup. Added a bat file that only makes a directory on the
root of c:. No parameters. No directory is made. Any other suggestions on where i
am going wrong?
