I didn't create this network I inherited it. I kind of understand what
you are saying in regard to www.xyz.com being on the internet and
xyz.com existing on my lan. This hasn't been a issue before until i
made those changes to my dns configuration. Do you know why I
can't see the www.xyz.com website with my private dns address in
my clients tcp stack, but if I use the public dns tcp/ip address I can get
to the site? The private dns ip address is my internal dns server that
is using my isp's public dns ip address in www.
