Your post lacks essential details:
- Actual IP addresses
- Firewall details (ZoneAlarm, bundled with some virus scanner)
- What exactly you mean with "cannot see"? Can you ping?
- Configuration: Hub? Router? Cross-over cable? Internet connection
  Sharing?
