Hi Darren,
Go through this article. This is most likely your issue as the Netlogon service does not get the
right dependency when you reinstall Client for MS Networks.

'--'I uninstalled this client on a DC and now when I try to reinstall it, I get component could not
be added: access is denied.
I am builtin\admin, domain admin, etc.
I even took ownership of the files on the server... still no luck. Also, did a repair on windows,
uninstalled the nic, etc.
any ideas??
