WAN Miniport PPTP/L2TP

Hi all

Because i couldn't create a VPN Connecntion i've checked
if WAN Miniport PPTP/L2TP are in the Device Manager
(hidden devices).
There is only the WAN Miniport IP. How can i install the
other 2 miniports??
