What kind of complexity requirements does your policy require? Typical
high security policy would use alpha UPPER/lower case characters,
numbers and special symbols like !@#$...
This information won't be conveyed to Mac users by the server. They just
have to know it.
You also might try installing the free Microsoft UAM from Microsoft's
website
<http://www.microsoft.com/mac/otherproducts/otherproducts.aspx?pid=window
s2000sfm>. It allows for secure authentication with the server instead
of using plain text. Your server may require this security from the Macs.
