We have a Windows 2000 server running with client password policy activated.
Clients are prompted to change their password each 60 days. We are running a
cross platform environment (Mac OSX 10.3 and 10.4 and Windows XP SP2) and the
problem is that our Mac users can't change their password using the SMB/CIFS
protocol only if they connect via AFP protocol. We get the following error
when using samba: "The Finder cannot complete the operation because some data
in smb://10.59.10.75" could not be read or written (Error code -36)." Is
there anyone who has experienced the same problem ?
