I am experienceing EXACTLY the same issue. I dont think it's a windows
issue though. I can make a stable connection with Macs running
10.2.8(jaguar) but not 10.3.5(panther)
I think it's an issue specifically with a 10.3.5 Mac hitting a Win2003
server
I'll continue to check this thread and add anything I discover
