Hi Russ!
If your user is using the RDC software from Microsoft, then she's probably
out of luck with the type of printer she's using.
Printing requires a Postscript capable printer be attached to the Mac before
the Windows server will be able to recoginize it.
You can read more by reading the Help menu for RDC.
