Print jobs from Macintosh client computers to a Windows 2000 Service Pack
4-based print server do not print

    SYMPTOMS
When you print a document from an Apple Macintosh client computer, the print
job does not print. This problem occurs after you apply Microsoft Windows
    2000 Service Pack 4 (SP4) to a Microsoft Windows 2000-based print server
that is running Print Services for Macintosh. Additionally, you may
experience both of the following symptoms:
a.. The print server appears to receive the print job. However, the print
    job is deleted.
b.. An error message that is similar to the following is logged to the
application event log every time that you print a document from a Macintosh
    client computer:
      Type: Error
      Source: MacPrint
      Category: TrueImage Print Processor
      Event ID: 4000
      Description:
The TrueImage Interpreter initialization failed. (Document Name:
    DocumentName)
      Processing continued.

You do not experience these symptoms when you print a document from a
    Windows-based client computer.
