Remote Access for Employee

An employee from my office needs to access her Office computer from her Home computer. Her Office computer is running Windows 2000 Pro on a Dell. Her Home computer is running Win2k on an IMac. Is there a way for her to get remote access from her Home computer to her Office computer? If so, How?
