Terminal Services is what's running on the server that's allowing you to
connection using RDC.
TS can run in two modes: 1) Administrative, which allows up to two users to
connection using RDC for server administrative purposes or 2) Application,
which allows any number of client connections so long as each client is
properly licensed (you have to pay for these licenses).
Your server administrator has set up TS to run in Application mode and when
you first connected, your computer was set up with a 90 day evaluation
period on the server to allow you to evaluate your connection. Now that this
period has expired, your company must pay a license fee to allow you to
continue to use your RDC connection from your computer. Every computer that
connects gets this 90 day evaluation.
If your administrator doesn't use TS for anyone other than you, he can use
the Add/Remove Control Panel to change his TS settings to Administrative
mode, which allows any number of machines to connect, but only two or less
at a time.
There's nothing you can change on your Mac to override this license issue.
