Problem Solved Off List: No authentication window; MS UAM; Cisco3000 VPN client

I was able to find a Mac guru off list who pinpointed the problem: the
MS UAM had the word "copy" in the filename, as I had copied it to both
my Previous System Folder and System Folder. This rendered the UAM
unrecognizeable/unreadable, thus causing the authorization option
choice dialog box to not be displayed.
