Strange Mirror Behavior

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

After getting my Dell PE2650 baxk online after close to disaster I am
seeing
strange things in windows explorer.
I have 5 disks (Two in RAID5 and two in RAID1/MIRROR)
I have all my web stuff + SQL Data on Raid 5

The Mirror is devided into 3 volumes:
1. OS
2. SQL Log files
3. Pagefile

When I look in Computer Management everything looks nice and dandy, but
when
I look in explorer I see an extra Volume with the same name as the OS
Volume
and every change done to the OS volume is mirrored in this new volume.

What gives and what should I do?
