Error Code - 0x80004015

I am attempting to install and HP Officejet 7110 and I am
receiving the error message below.
Certification Authority Does Not Start and Returns Error
Code 0x80004015
(246208) - The Windows 2000 Certification Authority
service may not start and may return error code 0x80004015
("The class is configured to run as a security ID
different from the caller").
The article provides instructions for fixing the problem
for Windows 2000 Servers but not for Windows 2000
professional. The registry locations noted are not in the
registry of Win 2000 Pro.
Can anybody provide the correct fix?
