>From Start/Run, type Services.msc and press Enter. This should open the
Services applet. See if you see the service listed. If you do, double-click
on it and check the Startup type. If set to anything other than disabled,
try changing it to Disabled or possibly Manual. Once changed, click OK and
then reboot your system to see if you get the message again.
