No DCOM Policy

I'm trying to set the policies for DCOM: Machine Access Restrictions in
Security Descriptor Definition Language
In The: Computer Configuration - Windows Settings - Security Settings -
Local policies - Security Options.
I've done this on several servers, but on this one the policy is not there.
