How cain i create new GP on Windows 2000 Server?
.. new domain controller group policy
.. new domain group policy

I have Problem with ID 1000
This error:

Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO. The file must be present at
the location <>. (). Group Policy processing aborted.
