SNMP Configuration

i have created a policy to configure my SNMP settings but i find that via a
GPO im fairly limited as to what i can actually control.

is there some way to extend this?

Mostly im looking for the ability to set the "Rights" of a community the
default "READ ONLY" is not enough.
