GRUB trouble in Win2000

Guys,

I got a new machine at my work with win2000 loaded on it. ANd when I
looked at the drives I saw one drive of 1GB space in Linux format
(instead of FAT /NTFS) and it said it occupies only 20 or 30MB space,
so I formatted that drive to NTFS and rebooted the machine. Now my
machine wont boot and giving me error saying GRUD loading error. CAn
someone help me out to rectify this problem?
