Sounds like you "policied" yourself out of both accounts. This is just another good reason to ALWAYS verify the results of policy changes on a test account before you commit it to stone. You could try one of the free offline password recovery tools to see if it will change the password in the off chance that you forgot them both, but that won't affect policies. If that doesn't work, you can probably still access the administrative shares and recover all of your data over the network. Or slave up the drive to another computer and copy all the important stuff. Or, better yet, just buy a new drive to use as the primary and leave the old one as a slave and re-install windows on the new one. If you want to hide the administrator account in the future, you can just rename it. And always protect your administrative accounts with strong passwords.
