Folder redirection and dumb question time

I'm sure this is documented somewhere but I can't find it...

When using a GPO to set Folder Redirection, using the Advanced setting
to specify different redirection targets for different groups, in what
order is the folder list evaluated? More specifically, if a user
exists in two groups, which target folder do they get? I imagine it's
either top to bottom or bottom to top.

Thanks

.
